Privacy Policy

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors, mobile-app users, and users of the NAC Home Service app and related connectors.

We collect only the information needed to process bookings, provide service updates, improve the experience, and keep the service secure.

This includes account details, booking history, service address information, limited payment tokens from our processor, and support correspondence.

Location access is optional and foreground-only. When you tap Use My Current Location, your coordinates are used to check service-area availability and are sent to Google Maps to identify a service address. NAC does not access location in the background. The selected address is stored on your device and is sent to NAC only when needed for a booking.

We do not store full card details, and we do not sell or lease personal information to third parties beyond what is needed to operate the service.

You can permanently delete your account in the mobile app under My Account > Delete Account or on the website profile page. This removes the account and associated NAC profile, address, booking, wallet, and notification-token data. Payment processors may retain transaction records when required by law.
